Dr. MJ Wegmann - President & Visionary

Dr. MJ Wegmann is the co-founder, alongside his wife Dr. Kallie Wegmann, of Brain and Bone Neuroscience, and the founder of Purpose Maker LLC, a wisdom and leadership company. His work sits at the intersection of human physiology, leadership, entrepreneurship, life purpose, and faith — and he is a sought-after speaker across all of these areas, known for translating the science of how people are built into a practical framework for how they can grow.

Dr. Wegmann also hosts the Purpose Maker podcast, where he explores human physiology, leadership, entrepreneurship, life purpose, and faith with a wide range of guests and ideas. The show is available on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.

At the heart of Purpose Maker is a clear conviction: that every person carries a God-given potential, and that the right tools and wisdom can help them step into it. Rather than treating leadership as a set of behaviors to be patched or deficits to be corrected, Dr. Wegmann's approach is identity-first and built from the inside out, equipping people to lead from who they already are. To that end, he is the creator of the T.I.P. Methodology™ and L.I.F.E.'s Golden Ticket, proprietary frameworks that anchor the Purpose Maker philosophy.

Beyond his work in leadership development, Dr. Wegmann played a pivotal role in launching Movement22, a vital network dedicated to preventing veteran suicide. In its first year alone, the program reached more than 6,000 veterans in some of the darkest moments of their lives — a reflection of his broader commitment to meeting people where they are and helping them find a way forward.

His foundation in this work runs deep. Dr. Wegmann has had the distinct honor of learning and studying under one of the most respected thinkers in moral psychology, Dr. Ken Robinson. He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is a certified Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) facilitator and trainer, as well as a certified MRT Trauma facilitator — credentials that inform both his clinical understanding of human behavior and the science-and-wisdom approach he brings to leadership.

Fred Hackl - Chairman of the Board

Fred Hackl is a visionary leader and philanthropist whose career has been defined by big thinking and bigger execution. Over the course of an accomplished tenure with FedEx Global, Fred saw a need that no one else had named and built the answer himself — creating the company's Facilities Management function from the ground up. Working with a proprietary model of his own design and the executive team he assembled around it, Fred and his group ultimately managed over 80 million square feet of FedEx property.

What sets Fred apart is the combination of a genuine heart to serve and a rare gift for building teams capable of taking on — and delivering — projects of enormous scale. He is as comfortable casting a vision as he is putting the right people in the right seats to make that vision real.
Today, Fred continues to channel that same drive across multiple ventures. In addition to leading his architectural firm with $1.5B of construction/architectural design including healthcare and hospitality, he and his team own and operate several hotels, bringing the same standards of execution and care to every enterprise he touches.
