Dr. MJ Wegmann - President, Director & Visionary
Dr. Wegamnn is the founder and CEO of Purpose Maker LLC and President, Director & Visionary of Social Responsibility Inc 501c3. He is also the co-founder of the Veteran fishing initiative Reel Liberty. Dr. Wegmann was influential in creating and implementing a nationwide suicide prevention network. The peer-to-peer network reached over 6000 people in a dark place in the first year operation. Dr. Wegmann is a frequent speaker on human physiology, trauma, leadership and life purpose and creator of the T.I.P Method™. Dr. Wegmann is a certified Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) Facilitator and trainer, and has had the distinct honor of studying, learning and mentoring under one of the most respected thinkers in Moral Psychology; Dr. Ken Robinson. |
Tim Burdick - Deputy Director of Logistics
Tim is an integral part of the team. He is co-founder of the Reel Liberty Program. He is the President of Marine Medic Inc., a boat company that specializes in Yacht electronics, navigation, maintenance and upkeep in Michigan and Florida. He is passionate about our Veterans and has a daughter in the Air Force and a step-son who served in Afghanistan. |
Justin Stubbs - Deputy Director of Veteran Outdoor Programs
Justin and his wife are owners of Blue Water Dock and Hoist and Simply Sweet Bakery. Justin is an avid fisherman who has spent a lot of time fishing in Florida and N. Michigan. Justin's passion is helping people learn to fish both on the open water and hard water. He is extremely passionate about helping our Veterans return home and connect with their communities. |
Capt. Ryan Bachelor - Deputy Director of Operations
Ryan grew up enjoying the outdoors in Northern Michigan. He studied Criminal Justice at Michigan State University and commissioned through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps in 2013. He served as an Airfield Operations Officer on active duty for 5 years and now serves in the Michigan Air National Guard. He understands the sacrifices military members and their families endure and recognizes the need for solidarity post service. Through fellowship in the outdoors, he looks to build a network of support for those who served. |
Bill Bath - Deputy Director of Engineering & Safety
Bill and his wife own Corble Builders, a custom home building contractor. Bill is an avid outdoorsman having competed in numerous snowshoe races. Bill loves to fish and finds it very important to give back - especially to our deserving Veterans. |
Jacob Bath - Deputy Director of Planning & Development
Jacob is an also and avid outdoorsman, when he's not fishing you will find him hunting or riding his snowmbile. Jacob loves our Veterans and helps coordinate our outdoor programs. He is a passionate bass fisherman, but when the weather is cold he is fishing on the ice. |
