Located just five miles outside of Petoskey, Pine Pond is a growing community designed to make homeownership accessible for hardworking families. With over 75 years of experience, the Manthei Group has crafted a welcoming neighborhood featuring modern, affordable homes ranging from 1,000 to 1,700 square feet. Traverse City, MI Work-Force Housing Initiative.
Social Responsibility acquired this property and building in Traverse City Michigan. Each floor has 1700 sq. We are working with Single Momms on Work-Force housing on the property. The site will accommodate 15 more houses. Single Momms will use the sanctuary for training and have proposed to use the downstairs for a daycare. This building also came with 102 seats, 5 tables, 55 folding chairs.
